利用規約
本規約は、簡単PDF編集（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 料金とお支払い
本アプリは US$2.99（各国の価格は各ストアの表示による）の買い切りの有料アプリです。お支払いは、App Store では Apple、Google Play では Google の各ストアに登録されたお支払い方法に準じて処理されます。購入後にアプリ内課金・追加料金・自動更新が発生することはありません。
2. 再ダウンロード
購入時と同じ Apple ID / Google アカウントであれば、機種変更や再インストールの際も追加料金なしで再ダウンロードできます。
3. 返金
お支払いは Apple / Google の決済システムで処理されます。返金は各ストアの規定に従い、各ストアの窓口でお手続きください。
4. 利用者の責任
本アプリで編集した PDF の内容およびその利用について、利用者が責任を負うものとします。権利を有しない文書の改変や、法令・契約に反する目的で本アプリを使用しないでください。
5. 免責
開発者は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（データの消失を含みます）について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。重要な文書は、編集前に元のファイルを保管しておくことをおすすめします。
6. 規約の変更
本規約を変更した場合は、このページでお知らせします。
7. App Store での利用
App Store から入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Kantan PDF Editor ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Price and payment
The app is a paid app sold for a one-time price of US$2.99 (local prices as shown by each store). Payment is processed by Apple on the App Store and by Google on Google Play, using the payment method registered with each store. There are no in-app purchases, additional fees or automatic renewals.
2. Re-downloading
With the same Apple ID / Google account you purchased with, you can re-download the app at no extra cost on a new device or after reinstalling.
3. Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple / Google. Refunds are subject to each store's policies and must be requested through the store.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content of PDFs you edit with the app and for how you use them. Do not use the app to alter documents you have no right to modify, or for any purpose that violates laws or agreements.
5. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data. We recommend keeping a copy of important documents before editing.
6. Changes
Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
7. App Store
If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
